Practice Pillars

Start with the pillar that hurts. Add the next when the numbers show you why.

Each pillar is its own service, priced on its own. Most practices start with one. Whichever you take, a practice director is accountable for it and reports to you every month.

Remote front desk

For
practices losing calls to voicemail, patients to no-shows, or front desk staff to turnover.
We own
phone calls, email, patient intake and routine admin, handled remotely by staff who speak English, Spanish, Hindi and Tamil.
Pricing
a fixed monthly fee, for full-time or half-time cover matched to your clinic hours.
Often added next
Revenue — cleaner intake shows up as fewer denials.

Revenue

For
practices whose billing is underperforming, or who want out of managing a billing vendor.
We own
the full revenue cycle — claims, denials, AR, payer follow-up — plus the monthly report.
Pricing
percentage of collections.
Often added next
Remote front desk — denials cluster around registration and verification.

For
practices with room in the schedule, or a new location to fill.
We own

Remote front desk — marketing only pays if the calls it brings in get booked.

Financials

For
owners who get an accurate P&L weeks late and still cannot see which provider or service line carries the practice.
We own
the monthly close, P&L by provider and service line, cost per visit and revenue per provider.
Pricing
a fixed monthly fee.

Revenue — the financials usually show where collections are leaking.

Practice Operations

For
practices where the owner is still the escalation path for everything and wants to stop being it.
We own
the whole operation, not only the pillars — a senior practice director running the practice with you, with regular check-ins, accountable for practice-level outcomes.
Pricing
fixed monthly retainer.
How it differs
every client already has a practice director for the pillars they take. This covers the rest of the practice too. Practice operations →

Launch

For
clinicians opening a practice.
We own
entity setup, credentialing, EHR selection, space, staffing, and operational readiness through to first paid claim.
Pricing
fixed fee, defined end date. Once collections start, the practice takes on whichever pillars it needs.

Adding a pillar

Each pillar is its own agreement. Add one when the monthly report points at it. Nothing you already have is renegotiated, and the conversation is about whether to fix the problem, not about pricing.

Notice periods and terms are set out in each pillar’s agreement. Ask us and we will walk you through them →

What is not charged

The Operations Assessment. A high-level AR analysis. Reporting. Documentation, which belongs to you regardless.
